Financial statements and accounting consultancy
SCA complements the businessman, his management and his administration office in the following activities:
- Internal maintenance of the accounts for businesses and professionals, setting of the chart of accounts and of the company's accounting procedures for businesses with an internal accountancy office;
- Disposition of annual financial statements and of consolidated financial statements in accordance with the national accounting standards IAS-IFRS and/or the draft of the related accompanying documents;
- Planning and handling of the transition process to the IAS-IFRS's accounting policies and application these policies in
business combinations;
- Draft of the infra-annual financial statements and/or of the specific financial statements in the occasion of extraordinary transactions;
- Execution of the impairment test, including the setup and the periodic update of the according procedures;
- Identification of the cash generating units and the setup of procedures of the according database.
